In the last 2 years the City of Bloomington has hired 120 people.  Why are they still spending money on Temporary Labor?  I hope somebody checks that invoices aren’t being paid twice.  All 3 list invoices for the exact same amount.   http://blnnews.com/2014/08/18/how-about-some-facts-tari/

Bills are approved for payment twice a month at regular City Council meetings.  Since the Pantagraph and Cumulus have invoices approved at every meeting, the amounts listed represent around 2 weeks of advertising.

Evidently the Convention and Visitors Bureau needs money to promote the Route 66 Visitors Center.   The easiest place to get it is from you.

  1. Route 66 visitors center, lol. Ever notice how Fizzy comes up with suggestions that seem to be part of the pre-determined plan?
