Since Hales is doing such a phenomenal job with things like great roads and public services, he get another raise Monday night. But then Hales is working for Renner, not the Council and the people who elected them. Heck, the Council doesn’t even work for the people who elected them. It’s not surprising he get more bucks to do Tari’s bidding. If he didn’t, Renner would get rid of him and hire somebody who will.
Below is the proposal. He will get retro pay. Maybe he can buy his own food now, but I doubt it.

Renner probably already has a copy signed and the date of the 27th filled in.
It’s more like Hales needs to take a 2.6% or more pay reduction.
I have a friend who works for a very large company and it was about a year ago they were told they had to take a pay reduction. It was sort of like well what do you do.
Government is exactly the opposite in the way they operate. The taxpayers work for them and don’t expect the government employees to take a pay cut any time soon. Just stick it to the taxpayers.
Personally I would have gotten rid of this loser of a manager a long time ago.
Yeah as far as the public sector is concerned this type of performance would have gotten Hales fired along time ago.
