Both the City Attorneys and CIAM’s Attorneys have filed motions to dismiss.

I have a surprise for them on Monday!

Monday is yet another court date for my lawsuit against the City of Bloomington and Central Illinois Arena Management (CIAM) as an intervening party.

Judge Foley gave the City and CIAM until today to file responses.  So far nothing.  (Why rush?)
