Sandra Fluke may be Time Magazine’s “Person of the Year”.  Her claim to fame is an impassioned plea for free birth control.  She even spoke at the Democratic convention.

President Obama won re-election by convincing the illiterate the rich don’t pay their fair share.  What exactly is “Fair Share”?  Nobody has ever defined that.  Obama wants to insure that around 47% don’t pay any income taxes, they simply can’t afford to contribute to the country.  Make the rich pay.

A Letter to the Editor in today’s paper asks everybody to contact Washington and demand the budget is balanced in a way that is fair and equitable.  According to the writer:  working people, the elderly, the sick, and children should not be asked to make more concessions.  Since that covers pretty much everybody except those collecting unemployment, is he asking that they be cut off?   He probably means “cut the military”,  but they fall under “working people”, so that doesn’t work either.

First, the budget is never going to be balanced with Obama as President.  He is hell bent on employing Keynesian Economics, even if Keynes knew when wealth distribution should end.   Maybe his real goal is the destruction of the economy.  He’s doing a great job.

Second, attempting to create utopia so everybody is equal and there are no poor people is a dream of Marxists, Socialists, and Communists.  Name one nation that has successfully evolved from that mantra.

Third, capitalism has lifted more people out of poverty than any other form of government.  Of course America no longer knows what capitalism is, people demand that government fix everything and they are more than happy to take over, as long as there are still rich people to fund them.

Fourth, there aren’t enough rich people.

Fifth, we are now faced with an entitlement society that is destroying America.  We were not defeated from outside forces, we are being defeated from the inside.  The sad part is too few people care, as long as they still get their handout.

Sandra Fluke should be the “Person of the Year”!  She represents at least 50% of the population.
