Why is this surveillance necessary? Might it suggest that being downtown isn’t safe? Is there a bad guy about to jump out of a flower pot to get me?
The light pole is a total eyesore. It’s got an itty bitty light on it with cameras and a bunch of who-knows-want other additions. Ah but wait, surely this is representative of the new millenials desire for their big brother to watch every move they make. Yeppers, move out of your parents house to experience the freedom of always being watched by big brother. Well horse manure is all I got to say. People want to be free, not incessantly watched.
You would think they could be a little less obvious. I guess they havent been to the Obama school of surveillance!
