The oral presentation didn’t use any troubling words, but the written copy sure does. The EAC referenced ICLEI, the United Nations, and the IPCC in the on-line version.
I will start with the IPCC:

United Nations – who thinks they represent American values?
Private Property rights? 2nd Amendment? Why are they constantly trying to get the US Senate to agree to treaties that usurp the Constitution?

The first President Bush signed a United Nations agreement along with 178 other nations called Agenda 21. The purpose was Sustainable Development:

The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages a 1987 report (Our Common Future) produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.
Who is behind it?
ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Addition groups include American Planning Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. Foundation and government grants drive the process.
Did you notice that list of organizations that aid ICLEI? Bloomington and Normal taxpayers PAY for their elected officials to attend conferences aimed at depriving you of your individual rights using Climate Change as the reason. The EAC will even find taxpayer funded grants to aid the destruction!

Below are some excerpts from the on-line presentation. Note REC’s on the second picture. Both Bloomington and Normal convinced the citizens to pass aggregation under the guise of saving you money. Did you know they could have saved you more by not buying Green Electricity? Since it isn’t possible to tell green electricity from fossil fuel electricity, both cities are buying pieces of paper with YOUR money to make themselves feel good about the environment. Heartland does the same thing, probably ISU too. REC’s should have been part of the referendum, but of course it was a secret.
Agenda 21 and ICLEI haven’t always been a secret. Some states and cities are fighting back-see the story below. Normal has obviously been left-wing ever since Koos was elected. He turned a conservative city into a left-wing haven, while the citizens did nothing to stop him. Bloomington: Isn’t it enough proof that sustainable development was started by the World Socialist Party? If not, I’ve listed plenty more reasons to stop Renner now. Most of the Council are clueless morons. It’s up to you to educate them!

I highly recommend the book “Behind the Green Mask” written by a California Democrat who has been fighting for years to stop Agenda 21 and ICLEI.
