How many teachers know that? Don’t we always hear not joining the union is not an option?

Quit paying the full boat dues and only pay for union representation, not political games..

Form my conversations with many teachers, they all know it. Some pay the fair share, after tenure. However, I wonder how many are ‘pressured’ into paying the full monty?
