Ah, it appears to be true. Big day tomorrow. I wonder if he left today to go to Chicago for a big night out before meeting the judge. Probably not too many more chances to have fun. I bet his lawyers are enjoying it all the way to the bank. We’re in the money… I can’t even imagine what they are sticking him for. He would have to be 59 1/2 to even touch his retirement from SF for a lump sum pay out.
Since the feds didn’t arrest him I wonder if they want a plea agreement to nail the other guy and more people. I guess time will tell.
