Only two short month ago, the Council approved the appointment of Michael Gorman to the McLean county Regional Planning Commission. He was appointed to represent the City of Bloomington on the Commission.

Tonight the McLean County Board is appointing Michael Cosgrove Gorman to the Regional Planning Commission to represent their interests:

Is Cosgrove the same guy? Are there two Michael Gorman’s, both just happen to get appointed to the McLean County Regional Planning Commission?
Seems like a good way to get more bike paths. Maybe Normal can appoint him next. Trifecta!

This seems to be approval of appointment by the Council prior to official appointment by MDRPC. Interesting that he lives on North Clinton Street–although farther north than the elite section.

Maybe Michael Buragas’s term is up or he retired from MCRPC.
