I have hope she will realize this is a simple FOIA case.  Bloomington quit defending CIAM months ago, CIAM no longer manages the Coliseum.

Most of the reports I want reside on City owned equipment.  IF the reports still exist, the City should have printed them off and handed them over by now.

If they don’t exist it is a crime.
