If your assessed value just increased significantly – look at the EAV (Equalized Assessed Valuation)

The housing market crashed in 2008, in Bloomington it crashed in 2013.  Why?  From people who have contacted me, Bloomington is trying to raise the EAV back to where it was all in one year!  PROTEST your assessed value!

Property taxes are driving people out of Illinois – enough is enough!
