11/28/16Police were called about 10:40 p.m. for a reported armed robbery at Pop’s Grocery, 918 W. Market St. A masked man held up the convenience store, but police had few other details late Monday.
In the earlier incident, police were notified around 2:45 a.m. of an armed robbery at the Circle K at 1210 W. Market St. Police said the suspect had a gun, but no shots were fired and there were no injuries.

On Monday, 11/28/2016, at midnight, Bloomington Police responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the 900 block of W. Olive Street, Bloomington.

Police say at 2:44 p.m. Saturday, the Bloomington Police Department responded to reports of shots fired in the 2100 block of East Empire. Officers located damage from bullets on both the north and south side of East Empire. (Lowes)

BPD responded to 1900 block of Tracy Drive for multiple reports of shots fired. Officers arrived on scene and conducted a canvass of the area. Officers located a parked, unoccupied vehicle struck by a bullet in the parking lot of an apartment building in the 1900 block of Tracy Drive. No injuries were reported.

At 1:30 a.m. Friday, police were called to a report of shots fired at a home in the 800 block of West Mulberry Street. A bullet struck the house but no one was injured, said BPD.

At 7:09 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a call at Main Street Convenience, 1919 S. Main St., to reports of multiple shots fired from a car after an alleged argument. Bullets hit a vehicle and the building, but no one was injured.

On Wednesday, 11/16/16, at 6:26 p.m., Bloomington Police responded to the area of Locust Street and Mason Street for a report of shots fired. Officers conducted a canvass of the area and collected evidence at the scene. No injuries were reported.

On Tuesday, 11/15/16, at 10:44 p.m., Bloomington Police responded to the area of Locust Street and Mason Street for multiple reports of shots fired. Officers arrived on scene and conducted a canvass of the area. It was later reported a vehicle was struck by bullets on Locust Street. No injuries were reported.

Home Invasion – Person Shot
On Wednesday, 11/9/16, at 7:37 p.m., Bloomington Police responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Julie Drive for a person shot. Officers arrived on scene and located a 44-year-old male inside a residence with apparent gunshot wounds. Bloomington Fire Department rescue transported the victim to an area hospital. The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
