November Gun history in Bloomington

.
November was not a good month for idiots with guns in the City of Bloomington.  Congrats to the Bloomington Police for making two arrests in separate incidents.
.
Below is a list of incidents I compiled from various sources, I could have easily missed some.  The home invasion on 11/9 is the only incident with an injury.  Hopefully the two guys arrested are responsible for many of these incidents.  If not, it’s only a matter of time until we see innocent victims.
.
Chicago doesn’t give long sentences to persons committing a crime with a gun.  I hope our local prosecutor is smarter.

  1. Their goal is to turn Bloomington Normal into South Chicago. They are succeeding. These incidents apparently help them feel right at home.

  2. You can THANK one of the past mayors for ALL this crap for taking all the section 8 housing folks out of Chicago when the closed Cabrini Green and such and taking the money to let them move here. Was a BAD ideal then and STILL is. One reason we moved was such nonsense!
