It’s impossible to see where the blade landed since these pics were taken around two weeks after it fell off. I’m assuming at fell where all the tracks are. Click on the pics to enlarge.
Were these taken using a drone?
Regardless, it’s obviously mechanical failure of the bolts that held the blade to the central rotation shaft.

Was doing some research and found that the Twin Grove Wind Farm started construction in July 2006, so the project is hardly 10 years! Do you know what company is involved with this project?
It’s been sold at least once, I’m not sure who owns it now.
Judging by your photos, the prop did fall very far from that tower. It would appear also that no other property damage occurred.
I assume you meant “didn’t”.
