First, Tina Salamone has been wonderful to work with.  Every time I asked a question I received a quick response – no FOIA needed.

A reader found a rate sheet on the BCPA website http://www.artsblooming.org/rentals/rental-information

Starting at the top of the rate sheet, it appears NIOT wasn’t charged enough.  I emailed Tina and she responded late last night:  (I didn’t expect that!)

I hope this clarifies the bill.  I wish the rest of Bloomington cared as much about transparency as Tina!
