What exactly does Yocum do for the City? She’s a lawyer but looks like she does business development/management.
Didn’t she go to law school only? She consults! Vitally important position!
So, we need a managing consultant for the City Manager?
I think she does really easy legal work they don’t want to pay Springfield to do. I have no idea what in in house staff does.
