Probably since it’s a State office. Every election commission would probably decide for themselves
Yes this is regarding the Attorney General candidate Scott Drury who was initially on the ballot, then removed, then put back on; and this final decision is being appealed. Other counties further North have other candidates as well who are awaiting a Court decision.
