His just feels like theft. We pay taxes and we are charged extra for the roads we drive on. They fixed 10 miles of road each year out of 320 miles of road. I get that life isn’t fair, but is the way they are stealing our money even legal? Unions should be angry, because if the City were spending money like they should, on infrastructure, there would be more union jobs. But Unions, instead, are boycotting the Red Cross. None of it makes sense. Everyone is losing. Well except Downtown Bloomington. And Friends of the BCPA, they are. Winning. So like 1% of the population.

The recommendation to raise the LMFT be 0.04 was presented to Council. They didn’t want to do that. The increase has not yet been approved. Renner wants to revisit that “conversation” this summer.
During Mr Karch’s presentation on Monday, a contract was approved for $4.4M. As the Council discussion continued, somehow Renner stated that the City is really spending $9M. Time to get clarification from Mr Karch!!
No kidding. On radio he said $10 million if I remember right. Ask Jim and let me know.
