71 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone is 16 miles per hour over the speed limit, not 1-10.

I don’t speak millennial.
That’s military slang, not millennial speak.
I hope the family of the victim is pursuing this case. This is ridiculous. Justice was not served; it was swept under the rug.
