The rock memorial for Dale Nelson will be installed today in El Paso.  It will be placed at Jefferson Park Elementary School between 1:45 and 2:00 pm.  Anyone who wants to attend is welcome.

Dale’s mom is planning a balloon release in Miller Park on August 21st at the bridge to commemorate the one year anniversary of his death.  The public is invited to attend.

The wording on the rock has now been powder-coated.  The rock, the wording, the powder coating, and the transportation were all donated.
