Illinois issued their financial statements 258 days after the end of the fiscal year.  They are supposed to be issued within 180 days.  (Sounds like Bloomington)

  1. These hard numbers show one of the major reasons why businesses and individuals are leaving Illinois. Unless we elect fiscal and social conservatives the State of Illinois will continue to decline.

    1. Since members of government unions believe they will get their lavish pensions, they continue to vote for the people who refuse to fix the system. Eventually there will be no money for schools, it will all go to pensions and healthcare.

      1. Yes… someone must face the economic realities of pensions that we can’t afford. There is literally no way to escape where we are headed. Where do you go after being “junk bond” rated?

          1. That is exactly what he will do… double down on failed policies while doing the unions and Democratic Chicago machines bidding. It is not going to be pretty…

  2. So THAT”s what he going to do with ALL those toilets he took out of his expensive mansion? FLUSH ILLINOIS!!
    How about we double down on TAXES for municipal retirees? Tax them at double the rate since THEY get more?
