I was appalled to hear the success of schools in Illinois is now measured by how many kids go to college. The report didn’t mention that at least 1/3 of the kids will drop out and still have debt to pay. It didn’t mention that trade jobs go unfilled and pay handsomely thus eliminating the need for college debt.
I wish I could research it further, if someone wants to – go for and send me a story.
