Vowing to uphold both the Constitution of the United States and the State of Illinois is beyond the left. Tari Renner proved that again at the emergency Liquor Commission meeting yesterday.

Guess what Tari: Pritzker’s blathering is a waste of hot air!
Who makes laws Tari? Dictators? You? You teach political science and don’t know? Do you teach kids to get elected and then they are free to do whatever they want? Is dancing without a mask okay for you but no one else?
We are a representative republic. It doesn’t matter what the Illinois Municipal League spews, they don’t make laws. It doesn’t matter what you think, you don’t make laws.
If you want all the bars and restaurants shut down tell the General Assembly to meet and make it law. Our elected representative Do Make Laws. Don Knapp has no authority in the Constitution to prosecute anyone for violating illegal executive orders. The Health Department has to prove in court an establishment is a threat to public safety to shut them down.
I was going to do more commentary, but ATTORNEY Thomas DeVore does it so much better:
I watched the Liquor Commission mtg yesterday, and that was a waste of around 45 minutes of my life I can’t get back. Couldn’t believe there were no folks with comments to be made. I had sent an email comment, but when Renner asked the clerk(?) if there were any written comments, she said yes there was one. But all she did was give my name. Didn’t even share a word from my comments. They were never shared with anyone at the meeting. I figured it was due to the fact that I’m 180 degrees from Renner’s position. Just suppress anyone’s voice that doesn’t agree. I plan on calling the clerk Monday and asking why my comments were ignored, but did manage to share my name. Essentially I stated what I read above from DeVore’s letter. A second item I mentioned was a rough estimate of not just the 150 or so employees without work, but also family members impacted with mom and/or dad out of work. Tried to point out the human side of it, not just the numbers and statistics; putting faces in the story, humanize the perspective a little. Knew the “officials” wouldn’t care about my comments, but thought it could be a little sign of support for the small business owners. Then nobody hears my comments. Way to not listen to the citizens Renner.

It’s best to speak publically to make your voice heard. Emails are not included in the minutes, although they are to be kept as part of the public record.

What are the ramifications of the threat for those concerned that may have the liquor and or gaming licenses revoked?

I urge EVERYONE to contact every person you know who has a link to any of the area’s local hospitals. To find out what’s REALLY going on. Renner spouts the propaganda of “spike in cases” which means positively NOTHING. Remember “flatten the curve” to keep the hospitals from being overwhelmed? Well, we’ve passed that. I don’t see tens of ambulances flowing into any of the area hospitals. Patriots who work in these hospitals need to come forward and tell the truth. Renner is a shill for Pritzker who is in turn a shill for the traitors trying to take this country down to the “great reset.” People had better wake up quick.
Attorney DeVore is exactly correct!!! The effete legislature sets on their hands and occasionally whine about not being in session. Senator Barickman was on WJBC this past week crab walking about what should be done, but saying little as to how. Representative Brady does the same. Oh, and how about Representative Sommer?? The only time he pops his head up is at reelection time. But you can bet your last dollar that when the legislative session resumes they will hide behind the Democrats, sliding in their yes vote for higher fees and taxes. The State and public safety pension funds are racing toward insolvency. The sooner the politicians to allow major pension, labor law reforms and municipalities the option to declare bankruptcy, the sooner IL can begin the road to recovery. I doubt if anyone will live that long, but when there is no more money, the benefit checks stop!!
Mayor Renner’s Liquor Commission You Tube Hearing Friday afternoon was truly an embarrassment to watch. Especially spending 10 minutes throwing the McLean County Health Service and the McLean County States Attorney under the bus. States Attorney Knapp does a pretty good job of throwing himself under the bus, with out help.
Meeting should NEVER have been held for some of the establishments, as they had it in WRITING that Tari would NOT enforce the restrictions. Wonder how Tari feels about double crossing politics-business as USUAL?
