The Supreme Court ruled the Constitution doesn’t get thrown out the window because of a virus – no matter how deadly people think it is.
Justice Neil Gorsuch strongly criticized the court’s previous approach. He wrote: “It is time—past time—to make plain that, while the pandemic poses many grave challenges, there is no world in which the Constitution tolerates color-coded executive edicts that reopen liquor stores and bike shops but shutter churches, synagogues, and mosques.”
The case was brought by religious organizations targeted by “Emmy” winning Andrew Cuomo who has presided over the State with the most deaths from the pandemic because he ordered nursing homes to take COVID positive patients. (Thousands of elderly died)

Like other tyrants, Koos does not care what the law says. He will do whatever he wants until he is forced to stop. In Kansas, 7 deaths, 51 COVID-19 cases related to church gathering in Kansas City happened . A Virginia pastor who defied warnings about the danger of religious gatherings during the pandemic and vowed to keep preaching “unless I’m in jail or the hospital” died after contracting Covid-19, his church said. I could go on about deaths in churches of either pastors or attendees of these churches. The virus is spread by aerosol projection by talking, sing in close proximity as in a church.
instead of letting science determine which venues to be open and under what conditions in order to spare as many lives as possible, we are going to fall back on a 250 year old document that by a vote of 5 to 4, that everyone and anyone can claim “freedom of religion” for behavior that will end up harming and killing people. So while the evidence through contract tracing and tracking shows that houses of worship are virus vectors where bicycle shops are not.
This is the most blatant example of judicial activism that I have ever seen. The Supreme Court is micromanaging emergency regulations that should be left in the hands of governors and mayors.

“States Rights” do not give governors or mayors the power to violate The Constitution.
Gov. Newsome of CA and Gov Kemp of GA have been caught up in sending huge money to China for covic supplies and trailed back to family getting kickbacks. I’m betting the Prickster was in on this scheme as well. Once these crooks go to jail, Koos will be needing a supply of Depends as his back up will be gone. I’m looking forward to the karma that is about to play out.
Francis. You are taking one event and extrapolating that the only place the pastor could have picked it up was at church. I may be taking leap here, but I assume you believe the virus cannot be transmitted at BLM protests, mass looting events, or at Biden rallies and it is deadly dangerous to attend a Trump rally, back the blue event, and of course church. If this describes your opinion, then you my friend have the type of logic which makes people untrusting of government and confused about what to believe.
