Long time readers will recognize ICMA – International City/County Management Association. For close to a year taxpayers have been spared funding trips to conventions they organize because of COVID.
ICMA sends out a newsletter everyday with links to stories about the actions of governments around the country and sometimes the world. Member cities must send stories to them since I’m sure ICMA isn’t scanning the web to find them.

In the past, Bloomington, Indiana statistics have been used in Bloomington, IL Economic Development publications. SMH. Who was responsible for this announcement to be sent to ICMA? Or, was this mistake made by ICMA?
