when they built the trails they never plowed them because you could cross country ski on them, that was a big talking point when they were built
Yeah, and they also told us that the arena would NEVER cost us a PENNY! And Anna Nicole Smith married for love too!
Mayor owns bike shop, bike paths get plowed first – sounds about right for “Normal”.

Demand for winter bike sales will go down if the bike trails are not kept clear. If Koos specialized in baseball equipment we would have batting cages at all of our parks and the baseball fields would be kept free of snow too. The priority and proliferation of bike trails are a clear example of corruption in Normal. Don’t forget Kood is spending $250k of gas tax money to build more new bike trails this year alone.
