A LONG comment was left to today’s Earth Day story that I didn’t post. Below is just the first lines and proof this person doesn’t care about facts, I left their typo:
China is at the forefront of mitigating global warming. Apparently America’s exceptionalism means we blame other countries fro our lack of action.
Proof this person is clueless:

I wonder where this person was told China is doing anything but laughing at us while they are the biggest polluter on earth? CNN? MSNBC? other media?
Reason for the story: Some people have to work really hard at staying uniformed.
I could dispute the rest of the comments, but why waste my time.
I just saw this on Facebook, yep – let’s all go green!
Could also be why China is buying iron ore & other commodities in record amounts!! MAYBE their economy is doing OK, since they are going “full speed ahead”..
As for the Walmart, that’s too funny..
China’s economy is booming! Of course we pay them for it.
I’m beginning to get the feeling that a great deal of these posts are made by the same person, over and over. Oh, well, time to clown someone.
First, if China was at the forefront as this person claims, you would think that this would be major headline news for many days to come, yet, I’ve seen no such information that makes this claim anywhere near true. And, as usual, they didn’t offer any proof to their propaganda.
Second, I would like to know exactly what lack of action we are blaming on other countries? We have around 20 or so brand new turbines going up between Minonk and Wenona, but we are blaming our lack of action on other countries? What in the world are you talking about? (Incidentally, could you tell me how many birds are killed each year by electric turbines? That can’t be good for the environment…)
They do work at remaining ignorant and factually uninformed. They have to. Their type of profound ignorance has to be a studied type of ignorance. Part of the reason is they only go to “approved” sources, sources invariably financially linked to or full on produced by far leftist concerns and/or in this case, linked in one way or another to China Their actual knowledge is severely limited and they are quite arrogant and sure of themselves as well even though their factual information is lacking and/or quite limited. They have been taught this way, to always present themselves with assurance, bravado even, and since in their bubbles they are seldom if ever challenged or questioned their confidence grows, even though it is a confidence built on no real achievements just bestowed upon them by some mentor or another and once challenged it turns quickly to vitriol. They are also the sort of people who will go to say Cuba or China and take the government approved tours and come back and tell everyone how lovely it is there.
How exactly are you “dispelling” the uninformed? A solar panel power system caught fire? How is that even relevant to the question of climate change? If you’re complaining about China and it’s autocratic government, you’re not exactly the model of how this country handles debate. You refusing to post my response is pretty autocratic to say the least. It’s also hard for anyone to take you and this blog seriously if this what you do to opposing viewpoints. You like to call yourself a journalist. What you’re doing here isn’t journalism.
