The County is going to sign an agreement with a collection agency to collect unpaid court fines. They might want to re-think how they abbreviate the company name: (anybody surprised they are an Illinois corporation?)

Shameful lack of management of the entire fines process . The collection of overdue and past due fines SHOULD (and is in many jurisdictions) a HUGE money maker.
The county is letting a nice pile of money get siphoned out by a middleman when a competent in house staff could and should be doing this
I had to laugh. “CCP.” I’m pretty sure they are clueless. Their lack of self awareness is hilarious.
