When were HIPAA Laws repealed? Why does any employer think they can force an employee to reveal their vaccination status?
Here’s one way to fight back, especially for unions:
Create a contract the City must sign before anyone gets the shot. Require the City to be fully liable for any injures or deaths that occur because of the vaccine.
I bet they won’t sign and the issue will disappear. Deaths and serious injuries are happening and largely going unreported by the fake media.
Congress never granted this authority to OSHA which is why a judge temporarily stopped enforcement.
Once again, immunity from having had COVID is ignored. Obviously that means government actions have nothing to do with healthcare. This tyranny will continue until large numbers of people say No More.
Bloomington: Staying healthy has ZERO to do with being vaccinated. Is federal and state money more important than your employees?
The covid “vaccine” is experimental. Anyone who took these shots is a participant (guinea pig) in a medical trial (experiment) whether they realize it or not. Anyone mandating these shots is violating the Nuremberg code:

People who still trust the director of NIAID and his minions in fake media, and are going along with their evil agenda are simply brain dead.
Union bosses doing something that goes against their Democratic overseers is a laugh just to think about it whether it’s BN or elsewhere. The Penn Family Mafia is in lockstep with Pritzker on all matters political and would never challenge any of his dictates for fear of being taken to the woodshed. Besides John P. probably agrees with the Fauci science and would force his army to be subjected to it whether the grassroots membership believes in it or not. It also might interfere with getting his statehouse kickbacks for delivering the local union vote cone election time.

Never really was about health care. It’s part of the initial steps towards Socialism; gain mental/psychological control of the masses by using fear and coercion. Hard to understand how my generation (boomers) has gotten sucked into this mind control so easily, after what we experienced from aprox. 1965- early 70’s. So sad to see; classmates becoming lemmings.

When people blindly accept the propaganda of mainstream media it’s not hard to understand. People don’t want to learn to think for themselves.
Although the odds at this time of an adverse reaction to the covid jab might be better than a game of Russian roulette, I still wouldn’t do it.
This will be all over soon. Jen Psaki is out with a “breakthrough” infection (which is really ADE) and Gavin Newsom is hiding with what is rumored to be Bells Palsy since taking the booster Jab on October 27th.
My point here is all the perpetrators of this vaccine insanity have taken the vaccine themselves. And as they dutifully take the 3rd and 4th “Booster” Jabs their chances of continued good health (or life) will diminish exponentially.
You can’t push mandates or be propagandists if you are sick, dying, or dead. The old Rolling Stone song lyric applies here: Time is on my side….yes it is… and it is definitely on the side of the Pure Bloods.
