The Town of Normal collects taxes from you supposedly to amass money that allows them replace vehicles with cash. They are sitting on more than $12 million dollars.

Tonight this is one the agenda:

Why are they leasing vehicles while sitting on piles of cash? That cash was stolen from you, is it being diverted to other projects instead of being spent as intended?

Do they just want a constant supply of new vehicles?

Normal residents should want answers!
