If you want to see what bills are being paid they are no longer under City Council, probably because the Council never questions them at a meeting. They are now under Finance. PDF page 44 – Another $223,687 is being spent on the Market Street Garage. What happened to Connect Transit incorporating it into a downtown transfer station?

PDF page 51 – the zoo is building again. Grants cover most of the $1,100,830 cost for a South American (Phase 1) project. When does Miller Park just become “the zoo”?

PDF page 87 – Parking Ticket Amnesty of 50%. $284,000 is over 90 days past due – over $220,000 is prior to 2020. How about just booting vehicles? The City will only receive $4 of every $10 ticket, Back to School Alliance will get $2.

PDF page 95 – the Council will review the new Ward maps that should balance population by Ward. They have more than 1 map to consider. Since I’m map challenged and would get a headache looking at them, it’s up to you.
