Correction: this was his hearing the last time he was appointed. No hearings are scheduled yet for his current appointment. If he isn’t confirmed by the end of this Congress this year the process starts over.

Thank expired with the new Congress, he was renominated by Biden
But you’re saying hearings are scheduled for August 6. That was for the 2020 nomination.
You’re right, new hearing hasn’t been scheduled. If he isn’t confirmed before this Congress end he starts all over again.

Koos is thanking Trump! LMAO! Koos never ceases to amaze me as the two bit, two timing pos that he/him/itself continuously defines he/him/itself is.
Trump appointed him first. That appointment expired when the new Congress took over.
Tricky Dicky Durbin nominated him previously and most likely again. Trump would not approve him!

Maybe they watched how he bullies his way at council meetings and figured he was too much of an a$$ for Amtrak.
We need Koos on the Amtrak board. I can see his vision will be to get approval for bikes to ride on the railroad tracks. Then we can stop extending the Constitution bike trails.
