This picture is the entrance to the Government Center from Washington Street where early voting takes place. According to County Clerk Kathy Michael the building has experienced the smell of sewage. She was not told what is going on at this entrance, but obviously a plumbing crew is digging to fix something.

I believe Washington St. is closed. Handicap Accessibility is available from Front Street but handicap parking isn’t. Evidently a “janky” elevator is available for those who can’t use the stairs.

The election is still more than a month away, nobody is disenfranchised by failing downtown infrastructure.
