Fly on the Wall – Illinois and guns

Heard at a Central Illinois gun shop:  The wait for a FOID card, which Illinois requires to purchase a gun, is now 3 months.  The State of Illinois only has 2 employees researching and approving applications. (State Police) Meanwhile, gun sales are off the charts.
