So, a resident of Arizona, Carol Struck, was name interim director of the BCPA. The BCPA actually needs an interim director?  Don’t they lose enough money when they have a director? Is she going to commute at taxpayer expense? Nobody local has any management skills?  Wonder how much a temporary job pays.
