Election thoughts – Update

UPDATE I talked to the Bloomington Election Commission about the Precinct 10 tied race.  They have no outstanding absentee ballots for that precinct.  The Illinois Election Commission will select a random recount of some precincts, they don’t know if 10 will be included.  After that, the winner will probably be determined by a coin toss.
