UPDATE
I talked to the Bloomington Election Commission about the Precinct 10 tied race. They have no outstanding absentee ballots for that precinct. The Illinois Election Commission will select a random recount of some precincts, they don’t know if 10 will be included. After that, the winner will probably be determined by a coin toss. The election results will be certified on April 1st.

Modified Wards defeated!
1% Sales Tax defeated!
Way too many voters like to let other people decide their futures. McLean County looks like 25.8% of registered voters actually cherished their right to vote. Right now Bloomington is showing 23.02%, all the votes aren’t counted.
The Republican governor’s race was only close because the public sector unions crossed over and voted in the Republican Primary. It looks like the unions threw their money away trying to get Kurt Dillard elected. If Illinois was a Right to Work state, the unions wouldn’t have their members money to throw away.
Think your vote doesn’t matter?

Chalk up one for the good guys!
The person that is moving from one ward to another can feel free to talk about it now. Ah gee, nice try.
