The major roads that have been resurfaced, like GE Road, were contracted. It would be close to impossible to contract fixing all those short roads.
Bloomington solved that problem and I don’t think they have made a big enough deal about what is going to happen!
Recently Public Works obtained their own paver. Next year’s budget includes 4 new employees and asphalt to fix those roads when weather permits. When weather is a problem they will work in other areas. This picture was shown at last Monday’s Special Meeting:

I don’t know when or how the City obtained this machine. I’m sure someone can provide details. This is GOOD thing! There is hope that eventually your tiny road won’t be a hazard anymore.
