I was outraged that you would use your adult son to justify your vile behavior.  I shouldn’t have written it because your relationship with your son is between the two of you.

Tari, none of this changes the fact that you posted comments un-becoming a mayor (or human being) and you have no problem with it, other than regrets.

It doesn’t change the fact that no other person would get by with doing what you did.

It doesn’t change the fact that you threatened me.

It doesn’t change the fact that the potted plants on the Council will be on display at the next Council meeting when they refuse to hold you accountable.

It doesn’t change the fact that Not In Our Town is meaningless, thanks to you.

It doesn’t change the fact that some local media outlets will now think they can bury the story to protect you.  The citizens you supposedly represent will not forgot.

PLEASE quote me on that! I haven’ checked this site in ages because it’s mostly crazy bullshit -to be charitable! Nothing you ever report on this site makes any sense because I will give people anything they want to know about their government. Diane you REALLY are the craziest human being I”ve ever known. This WILL be my last post on this sick site of the worst part of humanity! The fact that some of you still think you’re Christians is PATHETIC! There is a special place in hell for you!

  1. I appreciate your apology for this post. It was not sitting well with me. Going on the attack after the horrible reaction from him is certainly a human trait. We should all be above childish name calling. Take the high road – it’s rarified air!

  2. Admirable for you Diane to make this apology however, replace “baby boy” with young man, and “daddy” with father, problem solved. No big deal. However Renners reaction does not allow for such an easy fix but instead calls for an intense and sustained anger management facility to address his problem to be solved. In addition Renner still has (as far as I know) not offered any apology at all towards the Christians who visit this site that he is sure there is a special place in hell for us. Renner has again embarrassed the citizens of the City of Bloomington and needs to resign, but he won’t because his ego is a big problem as well. The man is mental. The man is sick. The man has no business of being the mayor of this town. Heck, even Andy Griffith would run him out of Mayberry!
