If you still can’t tell what it is:  An Upside Down Eagle!  On the official White House Twitter feed. 

All the words aren’t legible, but “States” is and part of “United”.  They aren’t upside down.

But I’m sure the President didn’t know.

Does this make it clear who the patriots are and who they aren’t?

Right, I’m sure it was a low level person who will be disciplined.  How many of those are we up to now?
