Sometimes I read Letters to the Editor which don’t come close to resembling reality. Polite political discourse can’t occur when facts are immaterial to the conversation. There is one of these in today’s Pantagraph. The writer probably doesn’t read this site, so if you know Linda Doenitz, give her a heads up.
First, Linda doesn’t feel that words like “disastrous” and “catastrophically” should be used to describe the rollout of ObamaCare, she calls it ACA. Linda: The President promised “you can keep your health insurance” and “you can keep your doctor”. Both were lies. People lost affordable plans and had to spend a lot of time seeking much more expensive insurance because of ObamaCare. To these families it is a disaster. They are forced to pay more and have much higher deductibles. Don’t even mention subsidies Linda, not everyone qualifies and those subsidies are OUR tax money. Around 1 millions people have signed up on the exchanges when around 6 million lost coverage when their plans were cancelled! Did you forget about the totally un-secure website failures and the hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars spent writing it? Disaster is a mild description.
Linda’s second paragraph begins with a statement that I assume means conservatives are rich and therefore don’t care about other people’s problems. I guess if that was the truth, everybody should be conservative. We’d all be rich! Linda then goes on to repeat frequent lies uttered in DC about conservatives having no plans. She might want to check the hundreds of bill passed by the US House that are now in Harry Reid’s garbage can. Linda, in case you don’t know, that means in the Senate garbage. They don’t even discuss anything the House passes.
Linda further explains there have been no major terrorist attacks under Obama. Tell that to the Fort Hood families and the Boston Marathon survivors.
Linda also states the Stock Market has doubled and housing is rebounding. Linda, why is the Stock Market high? It couldn’t have anything to do with ridiculously low interest rates leaving no where else to park money or the Fed printing $85 BILLION dollars a month, could it? You could be in for a big surprise in 2014! Housing is rebounding? Maybe in parts of the country where values crashed, but how many homes are still underwater? Ask the people in Chicago and the suburbs selling at a loss just to escape Illinois.
There is more to her list. Auto industry booming – we lost $25 billion dollars on the investment in GM. FEMA is functioning smoothly? Tell the victims of hurricane Sandy. Troops are out of Iraq – yes, about 8000 people died in violence there this year. Iranians who spied for us fled to Iraq expecting us to rescue them. They are now being slaughtered. Iraq is something to cheer about? Is the President going to do the same with Afghanistan?
There’s more. Linda loves the diplomacy with Iran, Syria, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Iran is laughing at us as they continue to enrich uranium, Syria and Obama’s “red-line” made him look foolish, and maybe she should check with Israel before thinking peace is going to break out anytime soon. Linda believes the same things Obama believes: talk and everything will be fine. America is close to having very little influence anywhere in the world because talking is a sign of weakness. We are much less secure now because we aren’t respected.
A few more: unemployment is dropping. Check the labor force participation rate Linda. Far fewer people are working now than at anytime in the last 40 years. Deficits decreasing? Obama ran deficits of over $1 TRILLION a year when Democrats controlled Congress. They have come down – under the Republican House, but not because the democrats were supportive. Does the evil sequester ring any bells Linda?
I love the ending. We should all listen to Pope Francis and Jesus and support social justice, feed the poor, protect the environment, and promote peace. Maybe the Pope should read up on Jesus. He never called on ROME to feed the poor. He told the people to do it. Giving responsibility to government is like hiring a nanny to raise your kids because you are too busy. Social justice is nothing more than communism where everybody is equally miserable. The environment is cleaner than it was 50 years ago, but I assume Linda wants fossil fuels discontinued. How many trillions do you want to waste figuring out how to do that?
Finally, promote peace? Nothing works better to promote peace than the other guy being scared to death that you will take them out. All the NSA data collection and billions spent on homeland security didn’t prevent the Boston bombings. The government was even warned by Russia about the brothers, but they still failed to detect and prevent the attack.
Linda, your Hope and Change is going to lead to more disasters. I guess you missed the reports of incomes being down, unless you are a government employee. Our enemies are embolden, our former friends know they can’t rely on us, and the rest of the world is wondering what happened to America.
Linda, your indoctrination is clearly visible. People are now taught what to think instead of how to think. Congrats. You are a big government success story.

Great letter BLN News! Linda Doenitz has written letters before in the Pantagraph (Slantagraph). She is one of Gate Keeper Mark Pickering’s favorites because like him she is a Kool-aide drinking, cult following, Obama worshiper. I have written letters to oppose Linda in the Pantagraph but NOW Mr. Pickering makes sure that any letters that I submit to Karen Hanson is never published because I do not agree with this horrible Obama leadership. Even when I give him “proof” to what I am writing he refuses the printing of it. He has told me that I lack “civility” when it comes to our President! This kind of violating Free Speech is not just being done by our controlled city newspaper but with publications throughout our country. The left-wing Progressives are in positions of power throughout our country and just like the Nazis of Germany with their “great” Adolph Hitler, Obama can do no wrong!
The last letter that I wrote as a rebuttal to Linda Doenitz was printed in the Pantagraph just before the 2012 election:
I take issue with Linda Doenitz’s letter October 14. I disagree with her statement that the average person has nothing to gain by voting for Romney. How about Freedom! Romney supports domestic drilling for oil and natural gas thus freeing us from dependance on the OPEC nations. President Obama not only refused to sign legislature supporting the Keystone Pipeline, he also imposes strict regulations on the oil and coal industry through the EPA. Romney believes that each individual should have control over their own wealth, personally donating 30% of his income to charity. Obama puts the government in charge of redistributing wealth. He gave less than 2% of his income to charity. Romney wants to repeal Obamacare giving individuals the freedom to choose their own doctor, which insurance company they use and what treatment they receive. Under Obamacare our nation will suffer the same consequences as other nations with nationalized healthcare. If you favor government control then vote Obama. However if you want freedom to make your own choices vote Romney!
Ah yes, Mitt Romney the lesser of two evils somehow. Better than Obama, yeah maybe but still just another idiot that has no business a our president. Choosing between two crap sandwiches you’re still eating crap.
You are exactly right mudd! From my research it really doesn’t matter Democrat(Progressive) or Republican (RINOS), left-wing or right-wing because we are heading in the same global New World Order direction. With Obama though I feel that we are heading there much faster then if Romney had been elected. You see mudd, the ultimate goal of Communism is a New World Order/One World Government. Tragically, many people today are deceived into working to help the Communists, by promoting abortion, divorce, feminism, homosexuality, witchcraft and other forms of wickedness. The entire idea of a New World Order is rooted in the Communist agenda, that plans to bring to fruition of a global Godless Totalitarian Communist Police State, AKA the New World Order which will be the BEAST SYSTEM of the coming man of sin, the Antichrist as we see prophetically in the book of Daniel and Revelation of our Bible. Communism and Nazism are actually both puppets of the same shadow government called the Illuminati. Karl Marx is considered by most people to be the father of Communism. What most people don’t know is that Karl Ritter, who lived during the same time as Karl Marx and was a friend of Marx was also the father of the Nazi movement. Karl Ritter also wrote his antithesis to Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto. Interestingly, the Communists (followers of Marx) and Nazis (followers of Ritter) hated each other yet both ideologies has the same end goal, world domination! Communists (such as Russia’s Vladimir Lenin/Stalin) and Nazis (such as Germany’s Hitler) were enemies, but were simply as I’ve found to be two puppets of the Illuminati’s agenda who controls both sides. With Hitler’s demise and the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union, it appeared that Nazism and Communism were dead but nothing could of been further from the truth because Communism’s goal was and is to achieve World Government by stealth, incrementally and progressively through global trade deals and corrupt politics. This method has succeeded and is what we are witnessing today in Europe and here in America. Whereas Nazism’s method to achieve world domination was through brute force, tyranny and war. Hitler’s totalitarian regime, financed by Wall Street companies in America, James Paul Warburg and the Rothschild’s thought they could conquer the world through plundering one nation after another but thank God they failed. Communism’s method is like the frog in the pot of slowly boiling water and their method has worked much better then Nazism, though we can plainly see both at work today in our government and society. Mudd, Communism/Nazism are both built on the foundation of Satanism with lies, corruption and deceptions. This is why Satan had to deceive Eve in the Garden of Eden. If Satan had been direct, in asking Eve to sin against God, she would have refused but the serpent, the Devil (Revelation 20:2) misled and deceived Eve. Many preachers say that Satan lied to Eve, but actually he didn’t completely lie. Satan usually uses some truth mixed with lies. The serpent said that Adam and Eve would become “as gods, knowing good and evil” (Genesis 3:5) and that is partly true on what happened. When they sinned by partaking of the forbidden fruit that God told them not to eat of they did not become gods but the eyes of their understanding were opened and they became aware of good and evil. They immediately went to hide, “knowing” that public nudity was a sin and wrong. It is interesting to note that the Hebrew word for “eyes” in Genesis 3:5 is “ayin” meaning “an eye” (singular). It refers to the eye of their understanding. This certainly coincides with the “Eye of Horus” in the capstone of The Great Pyramid which is depicted on the back of our one dollar bill representing the total knowledge of good and evil in this wicked world (I John 5:19). Satan deceives mankind by blinding their minds (II Corinthians 4:4). So Adam and Eve did become as gods but “only in the sense” that they wanted to make their own choices, so God let them and they lived and died by those choices, as we still do today. Satan’s job is to blind us from the truth of good and evil. Satan doesn’t want men to find the truth of God’s Word and he certainly does not want men to know the evil works that he is doing to them. This is why the average person is ignorant about the global New World Order, for without ignorance there would be no hidden knowledge, no secrets, no deceptions and nothing to “BLIND” men’s minds with. The greatest power that these global elite’s of the Illuminati has is secrecy. The Bible tells us for now that Satan is the god of this world (II Corinthians 4:4) and is the god of these global elitists and their criminal government of a New World Order. Yet, the Bible also tells us that the earth is the Lord’s (Psalms 24:1 and I Corinthians 10:26) and he will not forsake us because this wicked global kingdom of the Illuminati and their anti-Christ will be very short, just 3 1/2 years (Rev. 11:1-6), where God’s two witnesses will prophecy on the earth and smite it with horrible plagues of judgment against the anti-Christ, his global kingdom and all that follow him and worship his image and taking his Mark. If you think that the “Mark” of the Beast “Microchip” is good and will succeed then just read your Bible, “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name” – Rev. 13: 16-17. The Bible is very plain that God does not want his Christians to sell out to this anti-Christ and his kingdom. You see mudd, yes God is love but God can also hate and we read in Romans 9:13, “As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.” Why did God hate Esau? It was because Esau sold his birthright and during this horrible time of the Great Tribulation which Jesus prophetically stated would be the worst time ever in Matthew 24:21, “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be” those who take this wicked leader’s Mark will have sold out there birthright to him and will follow him loyally and this is why the Bible shows that they become an enemy to God and will face God’s wrath and eternal judgment as we read in Revelation 14:9-10, “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.” We are already hearing about this RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) chip that has been developed and is a part of Obamacare for our health, safety and convenience. Notice in scripture how this implanted Mark ends up as a failure causing not only the damnation of the soul but also major health problems occur, “…it became a loathsome and malignant sore on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image ” – Rev. 16:2. It’s just like our Federal government that every time they get involved they mess things up and it’s a failure! At the end of this 3 1/2 years they will kill God’s two witnesses but after 3 1/2 days God will resurrect them and “fear” will grab this anti-Christ and his wicked kingdom because the Lord will descend bringing his wrath and judgment to destroy this anti-Christ and all that follower him (Rev. 11:11-19, Jude 1:14-15, 19:11-21). Then our Lord will establish his Kingdom of righteousness to reign forever with a new heaven (cosmos) and new earth (Rev. 21:5-7)!!!
