nine days ago and not a word of this in the pantiecrap
Since they don’t investigate anything, they have to wait to be told.
Abandons effort? Yeah we’ll just let it sit there till some stupid politicians (like are found in the U.S especially in IL especially in B-N) bail us out.
There’s the new privately owned soccer complex! Bam! Problem (3rd world) solved!
Looks like another potential grain storage facility along with the coliseum too. Keep this up and we’ll have a lot of grain storage facilities. Ideal spot, rail transport lines nearby along with the interstate.
Grain Storage, Indoor soccer facility, New hotel-without bar, as it’s in DRY GROVE twp. and there’s a REASON it’s called that! Bike path, running complex, zoo expansion, coliseum and golf course/pro shop ALL in ONE stop shopping-JUST like the “Shoppes @ College Hills-where out is IN! KOOS ought to be ALL OVER THIS! Maybe even room for a Koala display, as EVERYBODY loves koalas!
That article was printed less than a week after the tax settlement with Mitsubishi was made.
The inevitable will be the taxpayers picking up what will be lost once the dust finally settles. The interested taxing bodies can’t come to terms with reducing expenses because of the lost of property taxes. Business as usual continue spending as though nothing has happened.
