The Council is still meeting on Zoom tonight.
Packing people is on the agenda for tonight. Rezoning properties for multiple family homes:
- 1.63 acres located at 205 N. Prospect Road
- 12.32 acres located South of Enterprise Drive and West of Maple Hill Road
- .23 acres located South of Enterprise Drive and West of Maple Hill Road
The City of Bloomington loves multi-family for the compact neighborhoods that keeps costs down. Two Bloomington’s are being created, one where wealth is created through home ownership and one where people are expected to own nothing and be happy about it.
The proposed changes to the Amusement Tax and streaming services are as clear as mud. It is obvious Bloomington wants more money, so expect your cost to increase:
