This should be a common sense issue. As a biker, this is a real safety concern.
Lazy. Irresponsible.
“Rules For Thee Not For Me” is for all government employees.
I’m not looking at the grass in the road but the road itself! I’ve been away from Illinois for 3 years and BLONO roads look like they should be in some third world country! By the way wet grass on pavement is also a danger for walkers. I can see a massive lawsuit in the future from walkers and bikes and motorcyclists!
