  1. Possible options: Sell at a loss which would also reduce costs of upkeep. Option 2: Force Connect transit to reduce their losses each month ( around 1 million) and apply that to paying off the coliseum. Option 3: I can’t think of one.

  2. 20 Years of payments and barely a dent in the principle. It would be entertaining to pull out the original consultant’s report that was used to justify building the arena.
