It should be a short meeting. That gives them time to explain why Friday night’s Bison game was cancelled because of ice problems. I’m pretty sure the people who had the job of making sure the ice was ready are still employed. LOTS of people who expected to see a game didn’t.
There is NOTHING on the Regular Agenda but there are some interesting items on the Consent agenda.
C. Police will be getting new furniture: $185,060.72
E. Miller Park is getting a Master Plan: $66,000. Of course once the Master Plan is done taxpayers get the bill for acting on it.
H. Metronet decided to eliminate cable TV. The City had a 20 year agreement to receive around $7000 a month in fees and Amusement Tax. They are will to pay the City $77,680.31 to cancel the agreement.
From Bills and Payroll:

The Coliseum isn’t close to be paid for. That doesn’t stop bills like this. PDF page 63: https://www.bloomingtonil.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/31040/638731540639730000
Nothing is on the Agenda concerning the mayor’s pick to replace Donna Boelen.
