There are no votes except to approve minutes at Committee of the Whole meetings. The Water Department needs this purchase, hence the name change:

Recent costs in an attempt to fix the water problems:
$755,132 for a PAC feed system https://d2kbkoa27fdvtw.cloudfront.net/cityblm/e085b8853afbb93a1a2f6564d1ae8cce0.pdf
February 24th the Council approved $62,500.00 with the same company @ $2000 a ton. https://d2kbkoa27fdvtw.cloudfront.net/cityblm/6c7e4692af8b9ddc30f58622deea8b5a0.pdf That purchase was put out for bid, tonight’s wasn’t. The cost tonight is $1.42 per pound. Do some math, that is $2,840 per ton when the City is buying much more. Will someone explain why less than a month later the City is buying the same product for $840 more a ton? Will someone explain why the first purchase used the TON price and the second used POUNDS? Deceive to Achieve?
On February 10th the City made this purchase: https://d2kbkoa27fdvtw.cloudfront.net/cityblm/df3914457a015dc9a31a7dbe1ab4ab360.pdf

556,800 + 755,132 + 62,500 + 163,991 = $1,530,423.
