The cabins for the downtown homeless village Home Sweet Home Ministries is building are being assembled where Clay Dooley used to be located:

The window is nearly as large as as the door. The occupant and their belongings are open to passersby. Also, the window is limiting available floor space for vertical storage.
Hmmm. Maybe building codes require this as a second egress.
Property Values in the area are skyrocketing already !
If you aren’t selling that is immaterial.
