Just two items on the Regular agenda. Only government can get by with reporting financial information 6 1/2 months after year end. Does anyone care what Bloomington’s financial conditions were on 4/30/2025?
The same auditor that has been used too many years in a row will say all is great. Congrats Bloomington.
