Hebrews 13:8 says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
Jesus isn’t a “progressive”.
The local Unitarian Church is: https://uubn.org/wp/
Quotes from their website:
Unitarian Universalism is an unambiguously, unapologetically progressive faith.
Our congregation affirms the inherent worth and dignity of all people through our work in anti-racism and anti-oppression, full inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community, and advocacy for reproductive justice, climate justice, voting rights, and other issues.
These progressives are the self-appointed arbitrators of hate groups:

.
In short, if you identify as any of the below – you will be named a hate group:
-Pro-life
-Anti-DEI policies because they are discrimination
-Anti-Green New Deal because climate change is propaganda for higher taxes
-Anti-illegal immigration
-Believe every word in the Bible was inspired by God and popular opinion doesn’t change the meaning

They are against Flock Cameras. We can agree mass surveillance is evil. Agreement pretty much ends there.
Upcoming events are listed on this page: https://www.strongertogether61700.org/event-calendar
It shouldn’t be a surprise The League of Women Voters is a partner.
Maybe a list of “hate groups” will be published after the event.
Included will be anyone who isn’t far left.
Freedom of speech is protected in the First Amendment because the Founding generation viewed it as essential to preventing tyranny, enabling democratic self-government, and safeguarding individual liberty against government overreach.
Silencing unapproved speech with the “hate group” label is evil and dangerous. Remember when government told Social Media what stories to suppress?
That was evil then and still is.

Did you see the group that is hosting the “identifying hate groups” meeting?
Literally our local affiliate of Antifa.
Meeting will be audio Livestreamed, if you want to find out if your church, the county GOP, or private schools are labeled as “hate groups” by NOW or the Unitarian “Church”.

Also, they hilariously think the American revolution is at all similar to the French and Haitian revolutions.
“We hold that the principles of the American, French, and Haitian Revolutions — Liberty, Fraternity, and Equality — are sound foundations upon which to base government and society.”
That is all Rousseauian French revolution propaganda, not American founding influenced by locke, Apostle Paul, Montesquieu, and Blackwell.
All I can say about the Unitarian Church and their female preachers would not be very kind
After being married for 30 years my wife said she didn’t love me anymore her feelings had changed.
We attended a Christian church for years so she went to a Unitarian Church where the female preacher told her that it was okay in Gods eyes for her to divorce me.
Long story short I didn’t stand a chance to keep my marriage in tact. 20 years later I still love my wife but she has married another and lives out of state.
The good news my Lord has kept me going!
I skimmed through this “churches” web page and a few things are apparent.
1. There was no reference to Jesus or the Bible to be found. Unless its hidden somewhere.
2. They have no grounding in a universal truth. Their doctrine is not based on 2,000 year old scripture but on the last 30 years of Critical Theory ideology and identity politics, which makes their apostles people like Derrik Bell, Kimberle Crenshaw, Ibram Kendi and Robin DiAngelo. Not Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Paul….
3. The only difference btw their lead speaker and a hair on fire Antifa radical is she is soft spoken. Quite affective in a deceptive way.
4. They are mostly middle aged white women? Just an observation from the pictures.
5. They are not a church, they are a political activist group pretending to be church.
Overall they try to maintain the appearance of a Christian Church. (Robes and a tall ceiling).
If you are a Christian, these people and their children are people we should pray for.
“But whoso shall cause one of these little ones who believe in Me to fall, it were better for him that a millstone were hung about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”
They probably train at the Midwest Academy in Chicago
